The words to read
My Dreams is a brain dump, and the only rule is that you do not edit.
Write down everything you have ever wanted to do, be, or have. Big, small, sensible, ridiculous. The trip, the qualification, the instrument, the house, the thing you mentioned once at a dinner and never said out loud again.
There is no feasibility test at this stage, and that is on purpose. The moment you start asking whether you really could, you stop listing and start negotiating, and the interesting ones get filtered out before they ever get written down.
The thinking sits between goal-setting theory and possible-selves work, which looks at the versions of yourself you can imagine becoming. The finding researchers keep coming back to is that a possible self you can picture in detail pulls on your behaviour in a way that a vague ambition does not.
So this tool exists to get things out of your head and onto a page where you can see them. Some of what you write will stay a dream, and that's fine. Two or three will turn out to be goals in disguise.
No minimum, no maximum. Add to it whenever something occurs to you. When one of them starts nagging at you, take it into Goal Setting.
