The words to read

The Action Priority Matrix sorts every action you have rated by impact and effort, and fills itself in. Four quadrants. Quick Wins, high impact and low effort, which is where to start. Major Projects, high impact and real work, worth planning properly. Fill-Ins, easy and low impact, fine for a tired afternoon. Thankless Tasks, hard work for very little in return. Change a rating anywhere in the app and the card moves here. You never maintain this view. It is a general management and product prioritisation framework, sometimes called an impact-effort matrix. No single originator, which is usually a sign that something is obvious once somebody draws it. Your score is the share of your list sitting in Quick Wins, so it rises as the list gets leaner. The quadrant to look at honestly is Thankless Tasks. Most lists have three or four things that have sat there for months, taking real effort, changing nothing. They survive because deleting something feels like failing at it. Delete them anyway. And be wary of a list that is all Quick Wins. A day of easy, high-impact tasks feels tremendous and can still be avoidance, because the Major Project is where your year actually turns. Look at it on a Monday, before you plan.
