Once your account is approved, your coach subscription is active, and your qualification and insurance documents are valid, your profile appears in the public PiViva coaches directory. Members browsing for a coach can find you there, view your profile, and get in touch.

To complete your registration you will need to upload a valid qualification certificate and practitioner insurance. It is super easy and quick: you will be asked to upload them after subscribing for a PiViva Coach Account.

Every coach gets a personal referral link. When a member signs up through your link and reaches an active paid status, that member is attributed to you. A credit of £10 is added to your coach credit ledger and is applied automatically against your next Coach Package invoice.

Refer 29 members in a rolling year and your accrued credit covers your own annual subscription in full. In plain terms: refer 29 paying members in a year and your subscription is free.

Once you are listed, you have a dedicated public profile page with a contact button. A member can send you an enquiry, and where you have turned on introductory calls they can request a free introductory call at one of the times you make available. Paid sessions are arranged directly between you and the member, and no session is booked or paid for through PiViva.

See how a coach profile appears to members

Once you are subscribed, the members you work with can share a completed tool entry with you from inside their PiViva account. The shared entry appears in your coach view so you can review it before or during a session, without asking the member to email screenshots. Sharing is always explicit and revocable by the member.
